Do
you know there is a need to feng shui your
web site ? It is because we are so used to
see the invisible pattern in the universe
that our eyes would automatically land in
certain area when we look at things. Our
eyes do follow certain sequence as the flow
of the rotation of the earth. It is because
the natures around us have trained our eyes
to look at things in certain energy pattern.
Although we cannot see it, it does not mean
it does not exist.
I have spent time in Kinko’s, Starbuck and
the local libraries to watch how people’s
eyes move when they see the screen on a
computer. When you watch them long enough,
you would see the movement of their eyes in
a certain pattern. They would look at things
in sequence subconsciously and they would
repeat the pattern. Their eyes would end in
a certain spot.
It is like placement of objects in Feng
Shui. If you place the objects in the right
spot, the energy of Feng Shui would serve
you well. Your web site can be easily
overlooked if things are not in that
sequence of what the eyes have been used to
as what people see the pattern of nature. It
is like the sequences of words. When they
are not in sequence, you just cannot see the
meaning of it.
For example :
for is good you banana.
banana is good for you.
A web site is the same, people just cannot
see the connection when they are out of
sequence. I am not talking about your
logical mind. Your logical mind cannot store
data and experience a memory. Your
subconscious mind is the one that has the
power to trigger a memory. You would want to
create a web site in a flow that the eyes
would travel, so the eyes would transmit
signals to trigger the emotion experience
for potential customers to react and
respond.

Feng Shui For
Celebrities |
|
There
were some celebrities calling me for help
because they wanted to be on top of the
celebrity popular list. Do you know when you
get on the top, you have to keep your
momentum to stay on top ? If you are not
focus, you can easily leaving the gap to
allow others to make you come off the Top
list. It is a very competitive market.
The star energy keeps changing, you can be
number one today and be at the bottom a few
months later. I once helped a musician who
wanted to be famous and could not make a
success of it. This musician did not
approach me for Feng Shui, but his mother
did.
I took a look at his chart. He could have
been famous a few years ago if he had met me
to help him shift the energy. His mother
found me a little bit late. He has only got
two years left to work on his fame. His
chart has indicated that he has 20 years of
fame. He has wasted 18 years and had no
result. It shows you even the destiny spells
out fame, it does not mean it is automatic
that you can be famous. You would need to
use Feng Shui to shift and energize the
energy to make you visible to the people
that matter.
He had worked so hard to get his album out,
but he was invisible in the music world. He
did not realize that the house where he was
living was not creating the right energy for
him. In fact the house was suffocating his
energy. There was a wind tunnel which acted
like a tiger moth. His whole front door of
his condo was facing this tiger mouth. He
would have no chance in getting famous in
that condo, because he was not getting the
cosmic breath of the accumulating chi. His
music instruments got stolen also. This was
the time when he started to believe that
there was something to do with Feng Shui in
his condo than his music. He finally
accepted to make use of Feng Shui and agreed
to co-operate with me and his mother to
follow my instructions.
We got him to move out the condo to another
house which I feng shuied. He is now in the
lime light with fame. I shall not mention
his name. I know in his heart it was the
Feng Shui energy that got him there. As
anyone that is in music business is aware
that, it is not the music you play and the
people you know, it is depending of who know
you that gives you the power of fame. Feng
Shui can help you create a linkage to the
right people.
As you can see Oprah’s picture on my home

Feng Shui For
Hollywood |
|
Hollywood movie industry was suffering in
the year 1998 to 2002. Most of the film
businesses had moved away from Hollywood to
other countries. A number of movie business
people were facing challenges to keep the
business from running away from Hollywood. I
have been asked by the business people to
help the movie industries with Feng Shui. I
was so happy to be in the right place at the
right time when the Hollywood Beautifying
Team was also provided by the government to
beautify Hollywood. They have come to the
right moment when I needed them and they
needed me.
I was just about to contact the city and
here they came through the door to ask me
for help. When you see the trees along North
Highland Avenue, Hollywood California,
please remember me and the government
Hollywood Beautifying Team who had an
involvement in the project by persuading the
business people to allow the government to
plant the trees there. The trees that were
planted along the pavements have the calming
effect where the chi can settle and
accumulate outside the front doors of the
business buildings. I was told that the
movie businesses are now coming back to
Hollywood. |

Feng Shui For
Compton |
|
My
tenant who lived in my Feng Shui rental home
was involved in fixing up some rehab houses
in Compton. My tenant and her other friends
were brave in taking up the project in some
part of Compton. They were motivated group
that managed to get the residents and some
people from all walks of life to participate
in the project. Big companies also sponsored
the project in beautifying Compton.
The team renewed the fences, they planted
some tress on the pavements outside the
houses, they painted the houses for the
residential areas for free. I was called to
give Feng Shui audit on the area. I advised
the group where they should plant the trees
in order to make the alignment with the Feng
Shui principles. I also gave advices to the
residents of how to redirect the Feng Shui
energy by making some adjustments to their
garden designs. We blocked some of the wind
tunnels.
The way the streets and the houses were laid
out has created strong wind tunnels to the
residents in certain areas. When this was
fixed the residents got the benefit from the
energy of the land. The residents gave us
feed back that the noise pollution seemed to
have improved. The drivers have turned down
the radio as they drove pass the area. The
house price has also increased in the area.
The children drew the graffiti at the back
of the fence instead of the front. The
residents seemed happier as their areas have
been improved. |

Private Individuals |

Case Study One – Passing Examination
I get asked to give consultation to very
strange circumstances at times. There was
one young lady who kept failing her
professional examination for 7 times. She
wanted me to do feng shui audit on her home
but she could not have me in her home
because of her religion and her family would
not approve it.
This lady would need to smuggle me into her
home when no one was around. There was a
toilet door facing her bedroom door. This is
a “No, No” to Feng Shui principles. I fixed
the energy for her without having to move
her to another room as this was not an
option for her.
Yes, she had finally passed her examination
after implementing the cures for the
problem. I got her to move the desk and the
bed in accordance to the chi flow.
As I have mentioned before Feng Shui is not
a religion. It is a science and an art. It
is a science of common sense. The Chinese
treat Feng Shui, Martial Art and Cooking as
an art because we need to observe, learn,
practice, and experience it before you can
master the skills. I did have Catholic nun,
Sister Mary asking me to help her in her
living space. I also did Feng Shui for the
nuns in the temple to harmonize the energy
in their living space, so they do not get
sick.
Case Study Two - Bully Husband
My client’s maid was bullied by her husband.
My client hired me to fix the misery of his
maid. Her condo was in a busy traffic area,
where chi could not gather. There was also a
swimming pool in the tiger side of the
complex where her condo is. This is a “No,
No” to a Feng Shui principle to have a
swimming pool on the female side of a
building. The maid told me that her husband
was fooling around. He would beat her if she
asked questions. Sadly, the husband had a
double life for some time without her
knowing it. He even had a daughter with his
mistress. I asked her why she did not get a
divorce. She said she could not get rid of
him. I told her she had to decide what she
wanted to do. I was hired by her boss to
stop her husband beating her. You may think
she could get her husband arrested and so
on… I was not there to consult her in that
way. I was hired to solve the energy
problem.
I made use of the birth chart of both
parties in using the supportive element to
shift the energy for the wife rather than
the husband. Indeed after about three weeks
the beating stopped. The husband was offered
a job in the next town. He had to move out
the house to live in another town. This maid
had got used to live on her own and she
finally filed for a divorce. She also moved
out of the house to live in another town on
her own. She told me that she is now a happy
woman and dating again. She offered to sell
her condo to me for $78,000. I declined. The
condo is now worth over $400,000. It is the
kind of condo that would create heartache,
so I did not want to buy. I suppose I could
fix the house, but I would not like to have
the memory of her sadness. I would not like
to rent it out to my tenants for this reason
in knowing the energy history of the condo.
Case Study Three - Neighbor Conflict
I have several calls in relation to
neighbor’s conflicts. I helped harmonizing
the energy of my client’s home to negate the
neighbor conflicts. Here is an example : One
lady told me that she built an extension on
her the tiger side (female side) of her
house. She built the extra bedroom to make
the building higher than the dragon side
(male side). This extension has messed up
the energy of her home. The neighbor had
been so unreasonable ever since. Her husband
also left her. She had a lot of heartaches
because the neighbor had become very
unfriendly towards her. The neighbor even
encouraged the workmen to throw their cans
of drinks into her garden. This lady had
many sleepless nights and she was so unhappy
when she asked me for help.
She was fortunate to have come to me that
year when the energy was moving on the right
spot where her neighbor was located. This
star support had allowed me to solve the
problem quickly and efficiently. This time I
made use of the Yi Ching coding system. Yi
Ching is an ancient binary coding system. It
is like the bar code or computer binary
system. I used the yin and yang formation of
chi to harmonize the energy within the
client’s home to negate the neighbor’s
negative energy. I made use of the frequency
method which is like the cell phone that can
transmit through the wall.
This lady called me with delight to tell me
that the neighbor apologized to her for the
hardship he had caused her and gave her a
hug.
Case Study Four - Noisy neighbor
My client was having a challenging time to
get to sleep and having a peaceful life
because her neighbor downstairs was making
so much noise. I fixed the energy of the
apartment for her. I used similar method
like the last client with neighbor’s
conflict. This time I did not have the star
to help me so I made use of other frequency
method. The reflecting energy would not be
as friendly as the star energy with this
method. This time the energy from the Feng
Shui setting has made the neighbor
downstairs move out from the apartment. My
client was delightful with the result.
Recently, I have my other client called me
to fix a hostile neighbor. This time I have
not got the star energy to support me to do
the work and the neighbor was in a distant
away. I have not got feed back from the
client yet, because I only did this a few
days ago. I will keep you posted.

Case Study Five – Car Accident
A lawyer friend of mine had a car accident
recently. I told him to follow my
instructions to protect himself. This is
because the energy of 2007 would cause
certain people who were born in the Pig Year
to have car accidents and a chance to get
traffic tickets. He told me that he did not
know what Feng Shui was, but he would keep
an open mind to follow my instructions.
Case Study Six – Winning A House In
California
The attitude of my lawyer friend has
reminded me of one of the real estate
investors, Craig Halesley whom I gave talk
to and followed my instruction with an open
mind. Craig won a house in California by
following my instruction. He told me he had
no clue what Feng Shui meant, but he made
the application anyway to see what happened.
He swore that it was something to do with
Feng Shui, because positive things had
happened so fast to turn him around from his
financial nightmare.

moments passed by I was drawing a picture of
Kwai Lan's Feng Shui energy map. The felling
of energy was in me and all I could focus on
was seeing my name being pulled from the
hat.
My manifestations came true, they called my
name and I won a new house Bakersfield. I
ended up selling the house and turning a
nice profit. That one day and taking action
on applying the Feng Shui principals
propelled me into a prosperous year. Buy
years end I acquired a solid portfolio of 5
homes, money is viewed as an energy tool
rather than weight of burden. My
relationships improved and I now have the
time and freedom to enjoy life.

Chinese Astrology |

The
Chinese would use Chinese Astrology to check
if the partner for marriage is not clashing.
The Chinese Astrology is also used to find a
suitable date for a wedding and find a
suitable name for their children. The
business people use Chinese Astrology for
selecting a good date for signing contracts,
opening a shop, select their employees,
select a business partner to make sure they
do not clash with one another. Everything
can be revealed from a birth chart.
A person’s birth time, day, month and year
are used to analyze the person’s life
journey. The person’s birth place is also
vital. There are two parts into the
calculations for the destiny chart. One part
is the destiny and the second part is fate.
The destiny of a person is fixed. The fate
would change every 5 years. The destiny is
like a car. The fate is like a road. You may
have a good destiny, but if the fate is not
good, the person cannot achieve much. If the
person has a destiny and the fate is good,
the person would achieve something. If a
person has a good destiny and a good fate,
the person’s luck would go very far. If a
person has a bad destiny and a bad fate, the
person would struggle and get no where.
However, if you understand Chinese Astrology

my clients called me to find out if they
should team up with certain business
partners or marriage partners. You would
save a lot of heartaches by getting to know
ahead of time.
Chinese Astrology is a map of your life
journey. When you know what is going on with
your life you can be prepared and energize
the chi to make it happen. It does not
happen by itself. Even it does you would not
recognize it is your turn to fame. It takes
an expert like me to tell you and warn you

energy with the use of Feng Shui, so it

As you can see the chi can be fast forward
if you have it in the chart, but the chi

a boy at birth. It had been fun in learning
Feng Shui as a boy. My father got me to feel
the chi in the morning. It has been quite an

How do I help my clients ? I practice
Imperial Feng Shui, which is the Feng Shui

prosperity, good health and happiness.
How does Feng Shui work ?
A house should support the occupants;
otherwise the occupants would have to work
very hard. This is where I come in to fix
the energy of my client’s house to make sure
that the energy is functioning and not
flowing in reverse. When a house supports
the occupants, anything you do would turn
gold.
There is no such thing is a good Feng Shui
house. Every house has a flaw in it. My wood
flooring work man told me that all of the
houses he has done have a lot of uneven
walls. Any uneven walls, ceiling and land
would affect the Feng Shui of a house. This
is vital that you fix the energy of your
house before it is too late. Some people do
not protect their house until they run into
problems, such as financial, Marriage and
health problems.
Do you know that sometimes it is not because
of your faults that things have happened
they way they did ? A house has its blue
print and DNA. A house that is built in a
certain way could cause certain things to
happen. For example, if the previous
occupants have got a divorce in the house.
The chance is that it could happen to the
next occupants. The same results would
repeat itself to the next occupants with bad
finance and poor health. The ancient Chinese
had discovered these issues in a certain
type of houses. If you happen to live in a
home that keeps giving you hardship, you
would need to consult a Feng Shui expert to
fix the energy.
A word of caution when you are in search of
a Feng Shui master, you would need to make
sure the Feng Shui practitioner knows what
he or she is doing. You cannot afford to
have a time delay in a situation like this
by getting the wrong practitioner. A time
delay could cause more suffering that would
end in divorce or losing your job and the
house through foreclosure and so on…
The sad part of it all is that there are not
many people are aware that the energy of a
house can be fixed. It could turn it around
for your advantage, but please make sure you
give the Feng Shui practitioners enough time
to fix your issues. The time is needed for
the chi to have the chance to manifest. The
chi is like a living thing, it would need to
grow like a plant. You cannot expect the chi
to accumulate and manifest in one day. If
your house contains pure chi, then a fast
Feng Shui result could happen in a short
time.
One lady client told me that her Feng Shui
results happened within 3 hours. Some
happened within 3 days and some happened
within 3 weeks. It all depends on the energy
of your house. If the energy of your house
is pure, things would happen faster. The
main thing is to take action to fix the
problems while you have the chance. Please
do not wait until the ship sinks. It would
take longer to fix things in that situation. |
