Have
you ever wonder that the house you have been
looking for suddenly has become available
for you to buy ? Even you did not have the
money to buy, the timing was just right for
a particular house to appear and you were
given a way to buy the house ?
I have made a lot of researches on this. I
discovered that my house has chosen me.
There were 14 people after the same house
which I was buying my house in 2003. The
realtor did not think I had the chance to
buy it especially when I knocked down the
price.
For some reason the seller had chosen me to
buy the house instead of selling the house
to a higher bidder. This is the very house
that has made me and my tenant become
successful. I noticed the extraordinary
quantum leap that was happening to me and my
tenants.

Why everything we do
relates to real estate ? |

Many
people do not realize that Feng Shui is
related to the real estate. Anything we do
have a lot to do with real estate. You name
it, we need the earth for everything we do.
Every business needs land and building.
Therefore, everything we do have a lot to do
with Feng Shui. |

Does FengShui master
audit a boat ? |
|
Some
people ask me what happens if they live on a
boat, then they do not need a land. A boat
needs a dock for people to get on and off
the boat, so we do need land.
There were clients who called me to Feng
Shui their boat for them. A boat floats on
water with no earth chi. A boat does not
have a steady direction. I told the
potential clients that I do not give feng
shui audit to a boat. It is alright to live
on a boat short term. It is not good if you
live on a boat long term. We need magnet and
earth chi for our bodies. Without the magnet
and earth chi, we would lose a sense of
balance if it is long term. |

Why do you need to
seek a Feng Shui Master ? |
|
People need to have their house to be built
in accordance to the Feng Shui principles,
so they would not run into financial
hardship, health and relationship problems.
Most of the wealthy Chinese people would
seek Feng Shui remedies every year before
problems strike. This is because they would
want to keep their wealth to their
generations. |

Why no one has a
perfect house ? |
|
There
is no such thing is a perfect Feng Shui
house, most of the common problems people
have are the missing corners, uneven floor,
uneven ceiling, sharp edges in a home, the
ceiling is too high or too low, the toilet
is too close to the front door, the front
door is facing the back door, the back
garden is not level, the toilet is in the
center of a house, the kitchen stove is
facing the front door, a tree is in front of
the door, the road is higher than the house.
The list can go on and on… |

Why some occupants
would need to move out of the house? |
|
Most of the people are very emotional when a
Feng Shui master told them they would need
to move out their house to move to another
house, because the house is not good. I do
not often tell people to move out. I would
fix their house first so they can get enough
time to prepare for themselves before they
have to move out in two years time. This is
because the chi can be manipulated to make
the energy to last for another two years.
After the two years are up they would have
to move. If they do not they would not get
the benefits from the house. |

How do you fix a
stale energy in a home ? |
|
The
chi in a house has life. It all depends when
you move into the house. If you have lived
in the house for over 20 years, it is about
time that you move out of the house or you
may remodel to update the house if you
decide to stay. The chi would become stale
if you do not change the structure of the
house to allow the chi to change. It was
advised that you open the roof for 3 days to
allow the heaven chi to come into the house.

Why a south facing
house is better ? |
|
It is
best to have a house facing south, because
the house would be warmer. The house would
also have more sun shine if your house is
facing south direction. This is how people
get the fame when their house is facing
south.

Why a north facing
house is not as good as south facing house ? |
|
When
a house is facing north, the house would
receive cold wind as you open the front
door. North is the coldest room when you do
not have the right color. Most people’s
house that is facing North would experience
financial hardship when they do not fix the
energy in the house.

How do I get to know
which house is good? |
|
I
have purchased several houses with every
direction. I have also lived in all of the
houses to experience the energy of each
direction of the house. I do feel that the
door direction and the sitting of a house
are the most important factors for a good or
bad Feng Shui house.
The layout of a house is also important. If
a house is facing south and the layout of
the house is wrong, the occupants would not
get benefits from the house. It is therefore
important that you seek a Feng Shui expert
to check the energy of a house before you
make a plan for your new house. I have
worked on new construction houses. I have
been involved to work with the architect in
the design of the building. |

to get the energy right in a house |
|
Real
estate can make you rich if you do it right,
especially if you rent it out to someone.
You would want to get the energy of your
house to be good for the tenants, so they
would be able to have the money to pay you
rent. |

How a tenant can
become wealthy over night ? |
|
One
of my tenants has become rich overnight
because she lived in my Feng Shui rental
home and she had a project after Feng Shui
cures had been applied. The secret of Feng
Shui is that you would need to have a
project while you have had Feng Shui audit
on your house. It means that when the energy
of the house changes, you would have the
project ready for the quantum success.
