Success story one

The owner of M Cafe commissioned me to search for a location for his restaurants. I then designed the Feng Shui energy for his business with the designer and the architect. The year was not up yet since M Café was opened in November 2005. The owner called me again to look for some more locations, the restaurant is expanding. If you go and visit the M Café in Melrose California, you would know what I mean. The place is packed with people.

I often invited my friends to have lunch there. My friends would just love to taste the delicious macrobiotic food and the feel of the Feng Shui energy there. There were some clients who recognized the restaurant was Feng shuied and asked the owner for my telephone number. The clients from M Café called me to Feng Shui their businesses too.

The restaurant has become the talk of the celebrity circle within 9o days of opening. Madonna and many other celebrities love the food. They have become regular to M Café, including the film crews in California.

This was the letter the owner of M Café received.

This was the email I received from a stranger whom I met at the real estate investment meeting.

Hi Lana,

We met recently at the REIC LA meeting and you mentioned a meeting on
January 21 at the Westin Pasadena for investment opportunities. I would
definitely like to go to that presentation, so please give me RSVP information and times. By total coincidence, I had lunch at M Cafe de Chaya and discovered that you did the feng shui there!

Success story two

I went to a printing company one summer evening. A delightful 19 year old young man helped me design my business cards. This young man has magnetic bright brown eyes and a happy smile. I read faces. I knew when I saw a face of fame. I told this young man that he did not belong there, because of he has very unusual brightness in his eyes. I recognized the potentials in this young man’s personality.

He had been very helpful, so I offered to see his destiny chart to see if I could help him in anyway. His birth chart had indicated that he could be famous. I called him to meet me in Starbuck. I explained to him that he should not stay in his job, because he had a chance to be famous. As it happened he love acting, so I told him I could fast forward the flow of energy with Feng Shui. He would need to follow my instruction in order to make it work. Indeed he followed my instruction to the letter.

Within 6 months of implementing the instructions, he was in the major role in a movie “Dahmer”. He won an Independent Spirit Award as the best actor within the year. He invited me and his mother to attend the award ceremony. He introduced me to all of the famous movie stars. Most of the movie stars told me they were aware of Feng Shui and told me that they would want me to feng shui their houses. Artel gave me a nice testimonial.

Artel has been acting in a number of movies since then, such as “Down In The Valley” and “Alibi”. He told me recently that he starred with Halle Berry (nominated in the Golden Globe Amy Award) in “The Eyes Were Watching God” which is the movie produced by Oprah Winfrey.

Artel is a very talented young man. He has become actor, director and producer for his own movie “The Smile Of An Angry Man”. He is only 24 years old. He is also producing an album “Back To The 80”.

Success story three

I attended a seminar conference in Westin Hotel in Los Angeles in the spring 2006. A young man of 17 stopped me to tell me his successes after following my advices in 2004. He has now owned three houses and a car. He has become a hard money lender. He is still at college.

He was 15 years old when we met. He won a scholarship that was offered by Mark Victor Hansen. This young boy told me that he was eager to become financial independent, but he had no role model to show him how to get rich.

When this 15 year old asked me how he could be rich with no money, I showed it to him. I showed him a plan for his success on a piece of paper. I told him that he would need to find people who have money but with limited of time. It means that this young man would have to find good deals in the real estate to present them to the people who would have money. If he could share the profit 50 % 50 % with the people who provide the money and he provide the time and leg work, he would build his wealth. I told him eventually he would be able to have money to invest. He followed my instruction and made it happen. This is how he has become successful from nothing to become home owners of 3 properties.

Success story four

Craig Halesly is a real estate investor. He came to sit in my Feng Shui class. He had no idea what Feng Shui was. He wrote down my Feng Shui tips on his note. When he got home he forgot to implement the tips. After he had some financial and marriage problems, he remembered my tips. He then applied the tips that I had given to my class.

One week later he went to the real estate investment meeting. He placed his business card into a tray for prize draw. He told me that the first business card that was being drawn was not his. The winner had gone home. Then a second business card was pulled and it was not his neither. The winner had also left the meeting. Then a third business card was pulled. It was Craig’s. Craig had won a house in Bakersfield California. He sold his prize house within two days. With the money he bought several houses. The last time I met a year ago he told me he had 7 houses. Success story five

My previous tenant was 28 years old. She saw my ad in Craig’s list stating that my house was a Feng Shui house and my house would make people rich and famous. My tenant wanted to know more about how Feng Shui works. I told her that when she moved in and lived in my house she would become wealthy and famous.

She moved in and we talked a lot about real estate investments. She was interested in the real estate. She managed to borrow money from friends and family. They bought up the real estate in Compton. The houses in Compton were selling for $175,000 in 2004. I got involved in doing the Feng Shui audit in the area where my tenant had bought the houses in Compton. I made sure the trees were planted in the right places. I also helped the residents with the Feng Shui in their homes and gardens.

The feed back from the residents was that the noise pollution had improved. The drivers would turn the volume down when they drove around the neighborhood. Another thing they noticed was that the children did not draw graffiti on the new fences. The children would draw the graffiti at the back of the fences instead.

The houses my tenant and her friends bought have gone up between $450,000 to 500,000. They had become successful. My tenant was on the front page in LA Times Real Estate Section, on CNN and Fox News. She also won Stevie Award in New York as “The Best Company”. These successes of my tenant happened within 3 months while she was living in my Feng Shui home. After the tenant had moved out the bank called me to say that that my tenant had bought 10 homes, the bank wanted me to endorse and prove that she lived in my home. I was really proud of her, she was really doing well. She has become one of the success stories.

Success story Six

A lot of business owners were having challenges in 2001. One of the business owners called me to help his business to turn around. The building had 10 units. This company was the only unit that was left in the building. The rest of the businesses went bankrupt. The owner of this company was aware that there was a lot to do with Feng Shui to have made the other businesses to collapse so fast.

The building had a lot of Feng Shui issues. The building was practically cut off from the source of chi. I told the owner I would fix the energy but they would have to move out when the two years was up.

I manipulated the energy pattern to redirect the energy into the building. After the energy was fixed, the company began to get the benefits. Within three weeks of implementing my instructions, the president of the company called and told me that their sale revenue had increased by 40 %. The company was so excited that he wrote me a testimonial when the sale was increased by 35 %. The company has now expanded.

Success Story Seven

My neighbor began to notice the life changing process to all of my clients. One day my neighbor told me if I ever noticed that most of my tenants who live in my Feng Shui homes have moved into bigger homes. I was glad that the neighbors noticed the differences with the power of Feng Shui. My neighbors called it magical. I just want everyone to know that Feng Shui is a science. However, the result is more than magical. It is amazing !!!

My present tenant who lives in my Feng Shui rental home has now become the top commercial producer in Hollywood.

A house certainly has its own DNA. If you want to have success in life, you do not want to carry someone’s karmic energy of the past. If you fix the energy of your house with Feng Shui, you would begin to see the changes in your life.
